Entrepreneur had some clever tips on how to get a feel for your prospective client simply from the way they conduct themselves on line.

It’s a good read.  Lawyers are occasionally guilty of playing pop psychiatrist, and certainly, there’s a danger in reading too much into these “tells” as it were, but at the same time, people do have a tendency to express themselves in certain ways throughout their conduct, both on-line and off, and the ability to perform the requisite analysis and adjust oneself to take advantage of that fact might mean the difference between signing up that client or not.
